To be eligible for a return:

• The teddy bear must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and undamaged including by pets or smoke).
• It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
• You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the bear has a certificate of authenticiy it will be clearly noted on the product information. Please be sure to check to avoid disappointment.

All our items have been tested before leaving us as fully functioning – unless otherwise stated. 

These items are not subject to the same safety standards as toys meant for play.
