A charming vintage Steiff Minou Lying Tabby Cat, product Yellow Tag 074806, from the renowned German teddy bear and soft toy maker Steiff. Designed with a realistic lying pose, this lovely tabby cat features beautifully shaded brown fur, a soft woven texture and contrasting white inner ears.  The cat has striking blue eyes and is finished with a red ribbon bow around its neck.

Measuring approximately 28 cm in length, Minou is crafted from a woven fur fabric consisting of 70% acrylic and 30% cotton, giving the cat a soft, plush tactile feel. The realistic colouring and relaxed lying position make this a particularly appealing example for collectors of Steiff animals and vintage plush toys.
