Payment Methods

We want to make bringing your new teddy bear home as easy as possible. We securely process all payments through Shopify Payments, which allows us to accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro.
• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
• Buy Now, Pay Later:  Klarna (Subject to status and T&Cs).

All transactions are encrypted using AES-256 SSL technology, ensuring your financial details are never stored on our servers.

UK Delivery Options

All our bears are dispatched from our UK workshop. We offer the following shipping methods:

• Express Delivery (1-2 business days): £5.95.

International Shipping

We ship our teddy bears worldwide!

• Europe: [Insert Price] (Estimated 5-10 business days).
• Rest of World: [Insert Price] (Estimated 7-14 business days).

Import Duties: Please note that for international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or administration fees charged by their local customs office.

Dispatch Times

• Standard Items: Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT are usually dispatched the next business day.
• Personalised/Handmade Bears: Please allow an additional [3-5] business days for our team to hand-finish your bear before dispatch.

Tracking Your Bear

Once your order has been whisked away by the courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the link provided in that email or via your Shopify account.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

While we aim for every bear to arrive on time, delays can happen during busy periods (like Christmas). If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days for UK orders or 25 business days for international orders, please contact us here so we can investigate.

Please Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes for security reasons, as a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your teddy bear arrives safely.
