Winston is expertly crafted from genuine distressed-quality mohair, giving him a characterful, aged appearance prized by collectors. Fully jointed for display versatility, he features meticulously hand-embroidered nose and claws, suedette paw pads, and the signature Steiff button in the ear. A classic Steiff growler box completes his tactile charm.

Adding to his distinguished presentation, Winston wears a finely detailed medal on his chest and bears a signed paw by Jan Köhne - a characteristic feature of this edition, now gently blurred/smudged with age.

The bear, certificate, and medal remain in excellent condition, while the original presentation box shows fair to good preservation (perspex lid slightly broken, marks) and is accompanied by the outer trade carton.
