A beautiful and highly collectible Steiff Forget Me Not Teddy Bear (Ref: 666001), released in 2000 as a North American Exclusive Limited Edition, individually numbered 3299 of just 3500 pieces worldwide.

Lovingly handcrafted from luxurious tipped blue mohair, this charming bear stands approximately 15 inches (40cm) tall and is fully jointed with Steiff's traditional 5-way articulation. Around its neck hangs a stunning sterling silver heart-shaped hinged locket suspended from an ivory ribbon. Inside, one side is engraved with the words "With Love From", while the other has space for a treasured photograph.

This exquisite bear features elongated arms and paw pads, symbolic of Steiff's distinctive design, along with hand-stitched grey detailing to the muzzle, mouth and claws. Soft light grey suede paw pads, bright blue and black eyes, a soft blue tipped mohair coat  sand a firmly filled body complete its exceptional craftsmanship.

This striking bear retains its original white tag with gold-plated Button in Ear, certificate of authenticity, original Steiff presentation box with red tag and popper fastener, and the original outer carton - all symbols of true exclusivity.
