PEDIGREE 1950s vintage Teddy Bear

This charming 1950s vintage Pedigree Teddy Bear is a wonderful example of a classic British teddy from one of the country's most beloved toy makers.  He retains his original Pedigree label on the side seam although slightly frayed on edges and displays all the character and craftsmanship collectors look for in mid-century bears.

Beautifully covered in golden mohair this handsome bear features striking amber and black glass eyes, a traditional black vertically hand-stitched nose, and fully jointed limbs that allow for a variety of display poses. His velveteen brown paw pads add to his vintage appeal, while bells housed within his ears provide an endearing period detail rarely found in modern bears.
