Merrythought ‘Albert’ – Limited Edition 0157/1000

A classic and beautifully crafted bear, Albert JR150G by Merrythought is a charming limited edition piece, numbered 157 of 1,000. Handmade in England, he showcases the timeless quality and attention to detail that Merrythought is renowned for.

Albert is made from wonderfully soft golden blonde mohair and is firmly stuffed, giving him a traditional feel and sturdy presence. His hand-stitched black nose and mouth, along with his shiny button eyes, create a warm and endearing expression.

He wears a delicate rose pink ribbon tied neatly around his neck, adding a gentle touch of colour. The original Authentic swing tag is present, and the Merrythought maker’s label is stitched into his elongated paw, confirming his authenticity as well as the official labels stitched to his side.

Adding to his character, Albert features a traditional growler, producing a classic sound when gently tilted - just like vintage bears.  Like older bears please note he has lost a little of his fur on his front Left tummy - about an inch long and a small patch between his left eye and left ear.  

A delightful and collectible piece, Albert is a lovely example of Merrythought craftsmanship and would make a wonderful addition to any collection.
