A wonderfully charming and highly collectable character bear, “Kitty Willow” was designed by renowned teddy bear artist Chloe Wilson for the Dean’s Rag Book Company and released in 2010 as part of the exclusive Artist Showcase series. This delightful bear was produced as a very limited edition of just 50 pieces worldwide. 

Measuring approximately 28cm (11 inches) tall, Kitty Willow is beautifully crafted from soft, long-pile beige mohair, giving her a wonderfully tactile and luxurious appearance. She features rich brown suedette feet and paw pads, providing an attractive contrast to her pale mohair coat.

Kitty Willow showcases many of the distinctive characteristics associated with Chloe Wilson’s expressive artist bears. She has wonderfully oversized feet and ears, giving her an endearing and slightly whimsical appearance, together with the appealing proportions and characterful design for which Wilson’s bears are known. Her beautiful multi-coloured hand-stitched nose provides a particularly striking focal point and adds to her individual personality, along with her bell around her neck along with the Black & Gold Dean's Limited Edition metal Pendant

Chloe Wilson is renowned for creating distinctive, expressive artist bears with exaggerated proportions, soulful expressions, oversized feet and ears, rounded tummies and beautifully detailed hand-stitched noses. Her use of contrasting suedette materials and carefully considered textures adds further character to her designs, making her bears instantly recognisable and highly sought after by collectors.

Kitty Willow was produced as a limited edition of only 50 pieces worldwide, making her a scarce and desirable collector bear. This example is number 21 of 50 and comes with her original stitched labels and Certificate of Authenticity.  NB slight marks to pads of lower limbs
